I deal with shortsales am looking for someone who is interested  in learning how to wholesale  and rehab properties and get paid as you learn, I will pay someone to door knock lis pendens I will pay a small fee to put a note on the door if no one is home, more money if they actually get a phone number from the owner and will split the profit if it gets listed or if I purchase.
