After finding and joining this site I've totally rethought my strategy at acquisition and realize I need to do get busy and do more off MLS.

I started to search all of the realestate sites that I could (zillow, Realtor, Trullia) looking for what looked like good deals based on comps around the area and (sqft vs. price) From their we found several possibilities.

You can also use your tax assessor's site and secretary of state's site to identify which attorneys are being used by other active LLC investors.Take steps to shield the identity of the members.
