In regards to research I have done, I have found Phoenix to be an investing market, there are a lot of areas that are showing strong rental growth such as Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale and even Glendale and Peoria to the west.

Im new to the atlanta area, for anyone thats been here a few years would you say its still on the upswing in growth or leveling off?

Real growth only happens when we push ourselves beyond what we think we can do.I never feel bad about falling short of my goals if I made every effort possible to get there.

You've arrived and growth is not never pursued at the risk of going back over the line. 

FYI I have no affiliation with the brokerage but like them as a company and am amazed at their growth.

I own some small multi-families but really looking to use the BRRRR strategy to grow the portfolio. 

It's a small market, but lucrative, and there's a ton of room for growth in a couple of different areas. 

Decided to choose growth over comfort and closed on the deal.

We're thinking that in the next 10 years, growth and price will force more and more people in our direction.
