Although there are probably states in which MHP ownership is less scrutinized, we are not biased toward any geographical area.  

I actually get a very accurate description from the homeowner, the key is to ask specific questions about the important components such as roof, foundation, HVAC, remodeling etc. 

Dion is correct and that will take a bank or commercial lender type.My comment is to check and see if those 5 units are really on one legal description.

It seems like I would need to add this one as well but in the description it says the first 100k is exempt and since my SFH will not be even close to earning that much rental income do I need to apply for it?
