Do you involve an attorney in the process?

I've done the rehab all myself so far with the exception of contracting out the new HVAC installation and electrician and I've gained a great deal of experience and appreciation for what is involved.

I used to be very hands-on involved, and loved it, but my health has made that extremely difficult.  

I'm interesting in looking at markets in other cities and would like to get involved in multi-family properties and as I continue to learn begin innovating.The ultimate goal for me, like with many, if not most, others, is to attain financial independence as well as security.I'm super excited to get involved and learn as much as I can within this wonderful community!

Having said all of that, I can see why getting involved would be wise as soon as one actually started in the business...
