I had the feeling as an outsider the locals have seen this many times before and they orchestrated most of the drama they pushed on our buyer.  

I get that this was geared towards flippers, but I feel like the premise may hold true. 

However, based on some of the feedbacks, I have a feeling that some people didn’t read my whole entry or missed some points I tried to make, so I will make some clarification here.(1)I said this previously and I will repeat it again: “I am not saying it's a bad idea to invest in an STR.

Even though I didn't see it first hand(thank goodness for facetime), I had some trusted boots on the ground that allowed me to feel confident that they understood my requirements and had my best interests in mind.
