Any chance they would make an exception for conventional?

They put on a great meeting about once a month, except in the summertime when everyone is running around trying to get as much sun and warmth as possible, lol!  

Sure we've made "investment" decisions that didn't work out as well as we had hoped but that is part of investing in anything (except for oneself - I think that is always a great idea).   

The properties that we manage are nice condos and houses though with the exception of one section 8 condo.

Once self-directed IRA is setup you can use it to invest into virtually any investment opportunity except collectibles and life insurance contracts. 

It is also the exception that this would slip past the insurance company. 

That looks like a good plan from my perspective, except that $2,250 closing costs.

We offer 1.5% up to $500k rates but we don't d anything in PA since they are exceptionally interesting on those types of deals. 

My credit score is 800 and no debt except for our home mortgage.
