The furnace and ac need to be replaced, and we are debating how to seperate the zones for upstairs and downstairs so we can rent the upstairs, we live downstairs currently, but will eventually rent both unit.We are looking at 2 options for this, but also open to other suggestions.

If the property has bad upkeep, the heirs may not want it which means they stopped paying the mortgage of the decedent and it will go into foreclosure eventually.
