@Nicholas Natale , you got some excellent advice here, but what is missing is to make it explicitly clear that they are NOT to paint the other rooms the colors they chose.The best way to go about being a landlord is to focus on your communication.

And just for fyi, my LLC is a single member entity, no employees other than myself.SDIRA is not a Roth.I find my real estate investing is more efficient by focusing more on the projects and not so much the financial administration side of things.

They have always been very professional and efficient for everything that I've used them for.Caveat: I have only asked them to handle typical plumbing issues and inspections, I have not asked them to do any development or extensive projects, not sure what you meant by that.

Like many described above, a private lender can be anyone from a friend or family member or otherwise a company not affiliated with a conventional lender aka a bank.The qualities you seek in a lender are subjective to the investor, but overall they should be able to close your loan in the time-frame promised from the start, communication is of paramount importance as well.
