Between the great weather, the highly educated and (mostly) well paid population, and the endless amount of activities available, I am definitely sold on the Triangle.

We have no college education but we also have no debt.

I'm not terribly educated on the subject as I'm neither a realtor nor a wholesaler, but if you haven't stumbled across that yet you might want to look into it closer.

We try to educate other agents as much as possible so they know that upfront. 

I don't have experience, but I am educating my self on the subject.

My question is specifically around an upcoming continuing education class on wholesaling that is being offered by the WA REIA at North Seattle community college.  

So we are considering investing in northern CO, although that market looks a bit pricey right now.I’m still in the “education” phase, trying to learn as much as possible.
