Why don't we EAT the fish like in other countries.

You constantly log into the governments website anxiously wondering where your stimulus check is so that you can pay bills, instead of being financially stable and viewing that check as an opportunity to buy 1200 worth of cheap stocks.I've seen some crazy FIRE bloggers, one actually advocates eating canned dog food because it's a cheap source of protein. 

Elizabeth, Your program and strategy sounds like you are able to have your cake and eat it too by providing housing and addressing a major epidemic.

Somewhat chary of liability if I did it with Joe Schmoe who turns out to go crazy and eat the other tenant.

Let me giove you an analogy.You are starving, and want to eat... you don't want to buy a gun to go hunting because it is way too expensive.. so the free way is to go chasing chickens and squirrels in the wild.Get it?

@Josh Green totally agree, there is more room for me to execute on rent growth by adding amenities and right now (I should clarify) only 3 of the rooms are available and 1 is used for storage.

(I've been regularly listening to BP podcasts by David Greene and team, though).I got inspired by everything BP, joined some mentorships, started buying rental properties, quickly did a pivot to flips, and has since flipped upwards of 20 properties since 2021.
