hey im 18 years old and im getting into wholesaling and im bird dogging for a couple investors. my Goal is to start flipping as quick as i can, however being 18 it almost seems impossible but i have big dreams and know i can make it happen if i keep fighting to make those dreams come true.

Yeah sounds like an old dreamer wanting someone to pay him a dream price for all of his years of turmoil and sweat equity.To take on problems you have to give a discount.

Or work another year or two to fund some major splurge of a dream?

If I did 25k over 3 years @ 20%, they'd make $8,300 - and I'd keep from having to fire-sale my dream property. 

Real estate investment has been a dream of mine and didn't seem possible to move on and achieve my goal until now.

I believe that REI will allow me to end that frivolous cycle and achieve the financial freedom we can only dream.

It was encouraging, but it was just a starting point for me dreaming.
