They are now moving out and their two dogs totally destroyed the grass.

Now when it comes to denying someone due to their behavior towards you so far you don't need to provide a reason as long as the reason is not one of the protected classes or discriminatory. 

Pet friendly is  gamble when you have a turnover. pets destroy properties even if the renter sears up and down the dog is a saint. 2.

The house is in pretty poor condition, they have sheets for garage doors, apparently they ripped out the copper heaters for the metal recycling, dogs doing their business inside on the floor, dead rat in the garage, etc. 

Bird dogs who simply point are not often paid very much. 

I'm not condoning the behavior.

One of the ways to do this that requires time and not capital is finding deals as a Bird Dog.

Read any negative reviews and determine how bad their behavior seems to you, and feel free to ask the contractor to explain their bad reviews.

Another one is pets, I ask “what kind of dog do you have?”

The catch is the employee has two dogs he would like to keep with him so they are looking for a home with a yard and a pet friendly owner/landlord.
