Do the drain lines need pitch to exit to connect to the sewer or do you already have a grinder/pump to get the sewage up to the sewer line to exit the home?

In terms of cameras i just use ring and then yes you need to have an internet connection with wifi provider doesn't matter just get enough speed. 

No one's time is free and being able to connect with others would be worth paying for, for a community with direct contact.
