I put both my kids through collage so they would not be saddled with student debt ( one of my proudest moments ) and my daughter is now senior management at intel making 300k a year so it does work for many..

As for the comparison to H1N1, I can say from personal experience that I almost lost my then 2-year old daughter who's 107 degree fever wouldn't come down.

My wife will be returning to the area prior to me (due to my daughter having some medical issues that need to be addressed at Seattle Childrens Hospital).  

I need money sooner to move and help my daughter who has health issues.  

remember they one day very soon, you may end up renting this house to a group of girls who's daddies will pay you good money for a very nice house with some amenities for their daughters... but what they're really gonna be looking for is how safe is the street & the specific vicinity/neighborhood where their darling daughters will be spending time.
