Lake co has always had its ups and downs and really has a very fascinating history vis a vi land development etc.. too long of a story here.. but suffice it to say I grew up in It.. and my families business was buying and developing land in Lake co.issue with Lake county is the roads coming in and going out.My daughter went to School at Davis 

My long term plan is to use my properties for cash flow, 1031 out to other properties in the future if reasonable, and pass it all to my daughter as and inheritance hopefully way in the future at the then current value for her basis. 

Our 13 year old daughter is handicapped, so I will always need to have a flexible schedule.

My "Why" is strong enough to motivate me, I'd love to have more flexibility and free time to spend with my daughter and parents.  

What would you do if your parents came to you when they're 60 and said, "son (or daughter), we lost everything.  

My daughter is 10 and is already 5'4.

I could teach my 10 year old daughter how to do it in 10 minutes.... it doesn't need a licensed installer.

I had to co-sign for my daughter twice when she was in college and I had moved out of state. 

Then we cash out refi'd the original house to pay cash for a house in independence mo. for my daughter and her family to live in (cheap houses out that way-27k) Now we're under contract for a primary and additional income property next door to each other in Florida.

The obituaries for both spouses indicates that they were survived by two daughters, but doesn't list their names.
