I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.

This could be allowing moisture to drain against the foundation.

@Staci KouI think you have a good point I am seeing prices dropping daily factor in the over supply in the area, recession signs everywhere in the global economy and oil shocks maybe the smart move is to wait to see how low pricing go to avoid « catching a falling knife ».

Moisture in the basements are common in the Cleveland area due to a high water table & a housing stock that was mostly built 50-90 years ago.
