I usually push mine through facebook marketplace which generates a lot of low quality leads - but occasionally a good one - and Zillow rental manager (which you can syndicate through Cozy/Apartments.com) which also generates a ton of leads so you have to sift.It takes a lot of time but I always do a prequalification call.

When they acquire the second home is still up in the air.

There were 9 guys staying in a 3 bedroom house with 3 beds.  2 guys would share a bed, some slept on a sofa, some had an air mattress. 

If you and your dad are up in the air about the park, you may want to look into listing it while you figure out if you even want to turn the park around.
