2 Bedroom or 3 Besroom Cabin

So I have a 2 BR Pool Cabin in Pigeon Forge that has done very well since I bought it a year ago.

It has 2 king beds with private baths and then we use two sleeper sofas to get to sleeping 8.

I’m in the process of building another one and was planning to follow the same plan because it worked, However, I wanted to ask those with cabins in the area if they thought the return on a 3 bedroom (2 small bedrooms sharing a bathroom and 1 king suite) is a smarter play.

We would probably just use one sleeper sofa and keep the number it sleeps to 8 unless you think bumping to 10 really makes a difference..

I’m limited to keeping the square footage to 2200 to give you an idea of the size.

Again just wondering if someone out there had any experience with this scenario.

Thanks!
