I applied to DBPR yesterday to license my new corporation.

@Adam Martin, it will certainly encourage movements to keep the properties in the family through corporate structuring. 

Fast forward past engineering school, graduated and got a job with a giant corporation.

I also feel that with more people working remotely, corporations will downsize their expensive downtown Boston offices. 

Toledo has been ranked in the top ten mid-size cities when it comes to corporate investment for the last five years.

They will also need to increase corporate taxes, which will have significant effects on the economy.

Real estate can provide much better returns than your 401k if done well and many corporate 401ks are laden with poor fund choices and expense ratios.

Understand if the corporate entity guarantees the lease or a liability remote subsidiary.Full disclosure, I have not ever invested in the senior housing, but thinking through some typical questions I would ask any syndicator, mixed with a couple that seem more relevant to senior living (i.e. the lessee questions).  

During my senior year, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and it completely changed my outlook on business, corporate life, and just life in general.

I believe the most likely changes to the tax code will increase the corporate tax rate, increase capital gains tax rates, and modify the marginal income tax brackets.
