Getting Up And Running--New Brokerage Including PM Company
I applied to DBPR yesterday to license my new corporation. Whew--this is going to be a challenge. I have never run a brokerage. I purchased Buildium for my management needs. I still have not decided on a CRM. Please give suggestions. As soon as I get infrastructure, then the big challenge is building up a book of PM clients. I am also shopping for office space at this time. Currently, I have an office warehouse unit where I previously ran my firearms business. It is not conducive for a real estate brokerage. I looked at a very small office in an office building and if it becomes available I am going to take it. I don't feel I need much room because most of the business will be done outside of the office or via online. I was pretty inactive in 2020 except for running my rentals, and now it is time to hit the hustle button!
