As another guy pointed out as well however title is held on the property when you go to sell it is how you'll have to buy the exchange property - IE - Bryant Diel and Bryant Diels Mom - youd have to buy Bryant Diel and Bryant Diels Mom - or ABC Co LLC - ABC Co LLC will need to purchase the exchange property.You could leverage up to a significant property with your first purchase if your farmland is free and clear.
