I'd just send them a move out list of what they need to do and if your lease states that you can show the place (with proper notice), I'd remind them of that and try to book showings as close together as possible to minimize the disturbance to the tenants.

I suspect my poor experience with Furnished Finder is because my units are very close to Harvard & MIT and, as such, are very popular with visiting scholars who are willing to pay top dollar for the amenities and location.

Conversely, some nurses might want to "get away" from where they're working and drive up to 30 minutes away in order to enjoy a more rural, quieter rental.Safety, furnished, and ease of getting to/from work, closeness of restaurants, and "not like a hotel" types of properties are what I would look for in a rental.Would love to hear more about your real estate journey as it progresses!
