Turns out that's not the case, though the Wells Fargo option I know of has better rates than what I can find.As or right now the best option I can find is the PenFed Credit Union's HELOChttps://www.penfed.org/home-equity-center/home-equ...up to 80% LTV, line limit 10-400k, variable rate 5.25% (prime + 1%, prime is 4.25%)Those rates are pretty good, especially for short term money.
