My opinion on appreciation is that your better to take your money to the nearest casino and throw it all on black (or red if you like red better).

Is there a software you recommend to manage the pins and accept payments? 

We use different systems for the STR stuff and the long term stuff as we found not one software was good enough to do both.

I'm sure other users can offer more suggestions.There are also platforms that specialize in building great websites and automatic syndication to top rental websites, without the property management software functionality like rent payments and late fees.
