We went to small claims court today and the Judge didn't seem to care about the June 6th date on the addendum or the other lease violations that needed fixed per the addendum.

I would be very careful about researching everything specific about the lots that is put out for sale before paying for them... not sure if every state is different, but when I was looking into a tax deed sale in Indiana I found quite a few where the property was separated into two separate lots (like for example the house itself was on one lot, and maybe the yard or garage is on another lot) and the tax deed was pointing to the lot with the yard!

I can help you find a good home with no problem l, but you can't use close out price and new I the same sentence. new construction does cost since cost to build is up but you can find a new home for the price of an old home easily
