I would think any smart investor is going to want to get the bank to reduce the loan amount anyways.

Some REOs do get sold in bulk or individually to external firms prior to listing.

I see many posts in my short time on this forum and alot of them are from people buying REO's in bulk.

To remind people of my situation, I am looking for individual properties not bulk because that is all I can afford at this time.

I recently closed a very big bulk transaction and i'm going to be getting my first of many perpetual checks in about two to three weeks.

James,I would be looking at doing one at a time, not in bulk.

This is where all the kids are looking because they can't afford the insane housing right in the city.I work for a real estate investment company in Boston and we are purchasing a bulk of the real estate in these areas and finding buyers that want to purchase it off of us very easily because they know there are tons of college tennants looking for a place in these areas.

Hopefully you are organized and have reduced the materials down.

I wanted them great deals where I rewarded them for the value and not for reducing their commission as they helped to reduce the price.John Corey
