That’s usually what I do to filter out serious candidates vs spam

In addition let’s say I’ve filtered down from 100 homes down to 3 potentially good deals I may want to put an offer on the 3 and hope I get one.  

Renters dialed the thermostat down to 45 degrees (calling for cold) but cold would not happen.....sometimes the A/C coils inside the unit freeze up into a solid block of ice due to the humidity in the air.Running the unit with a dirty filter might (maybe could) lead to this, but sometimes it just happens.

Another really nice feature of Podcast Addict is you can filter podcast episodes by 'recent', 'not downloaded', 'downloaded', 'playback in progress', or 'already played'.

I definitely have to filter through the messages a lot.
