A person that is qualified for the voucher program can apply to rent your home and there will be an applicant and landlord packet that must be submitted to the housing authority.

We had a bit of trouble getting a 3/2 rented in Cordova but dropped rent and got applications within 2 days.

If a Section 8 applicant applies to rent your property, that is when the application needs to be sent to the local housing authority who will process it and send out an inspector.

Hi,General question about prospective tenant screening for commercial space: If a new applicant comes in, and their business doesn't really have enough history to have a good background picture (e.g. new biz), is using a tenant screening service you'd normally use for regular rental screening a legitimate way to go?

No matter what transaction you are involved in, by making sure that the other party truly understands what he is doing and all the possible consequences and acknowledging such (sometimes in documents that are also copied in his native language if applicable), you will eliminate one major argument that his attorney could use to sway judicial opinion.  

It acts more like an application than a web page. 

Most of the software out there will provide you with the applicant's comprehensive criminal, credit and eviction history.
