Don't waste all of your time building your "list".

I really don't want to do it to become a real-estate agent and some people may view that as a waste of money just to take the classes and not actually become an agent.

That said, I've got my eyes on a few franchises as well, but they all require capital and I don't have much.In the near term, I'm focusing on my MBA (not sure if that's the right call or not given the cost of an MBA and the additional debt burden I'll have to take on), but I don't yet have a solid grasp on how to move forward with a new business either.

I wanted to make all my deals as solid as possible. should I scratch this idea and estimate each cost my self?

As solid team of 5 new kids to keep each other motivated, we can consult each other and pool experiance, knowledge, and maybe resources.
