Also, with the medical facility, that’s basically a satellite hospital, being completed within one year, I’m also thinking I could rent one unit to traveling nurses to further boost income.

Hello all,I’m currently invested in two properties and I’m starting to do travel nursing as well.

My income the last two years has been higher because of travel nursing during COVID, but now I'm really thinking about what I really want to spend per month on a home.

I retired in 5 years off that income (my wife was still a nurse for medical insurance.).

It is a 4 bedroom and studio mother--in-law suit we rent the 4 bed room by the room to college kids as the university is one mile away and the studio we use as a STR and guest house when we have family in town we block dates for them.

I just entered into an active 2 year lease agreement (first, last, deposit in full) with a gentleman who's in the corporate housing business (business professionals, traveling nurses and insurance claimants to provide luxury housing while they are away). 

I have my childhood home that I am managing after moving my mother in with me.

Ended up renting the units to travel nurses so utilities were included, this allowed me to live for free.

We have actually gotten referrals from  my mother-in-law’s nail technician that heard about what we do.
