There are numerous experienced rehabbers on this forum, such as myself, who would gladly put in more skin, do the leg work, and give you a better return whether it is through a profit split ratio or straight up loan.Going rate for private lending, I've seen, anywhere from 8% - 14% simple interest with maybe 0 to 2 points on the front end.

Had this issue been prolonged it would of been a nightmare to have the city remove these properties from "Watch List-Intent to Demolish" including court cost, setting a bond and numerous other issues..glad we dodged that bullet
