As equity grew and I could no longer maintain even a 6% ROE without a bunch of cost/effort while risk-free savings yields rose to 5%, I sold most.  

My grandad grew up on a farm and was the only member of his family to go to college on the GI bill, after serving in the Navy.

It's not that it's a gem of a neighborhood, but we've chosen that area because my husband and I both grew up there, and my father-in-law still lives there.  

Guesty grew too fast for their own good and currently markets towards larger clients 25+ listings at a commission % which is a bit too high for me.

From the house in which I grew up to every rental I ever lived in, to every house I ever owned, I always had shower curtains.In all that time, I've never had a problem with water from the shower working its way to the bathroom floor.Just saying.
