Hey @Franco Carollo 👋🏽If you're goal is to acquire rental properties for long-term growth, you should consider a house-hack with 3.5% FHA or 5% conventional financing where you can live in one unit and rent out the others and repeat as often as you can to build your portfolio.

Sitting on 200k NOI is an amazing position to be in, and not one you need to exit if the current lending environment and market doesn't favor it.

As a result, I'm finding it incredibly challenging to establish credit or secure traditional sources of income.Currently, my kids and I are living with my parents in Sigourney, having moved there last June.

My property is in Utah and I unfortunately live in California.  

I plan on living in this with roommates for 2 years and going onto the next deal.

All of the properties  seem to still have people living there. 

Especially in today's interest rate environments. 

Find out what your SS will be and have either enough cash to cover the lack of that or work a little to compensate for the lack of SS until you can collect.This assumes you can live off your income w/o your W2 when you start collecting.
