2nd House Hack
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $305,000
Officially closed on my 2nd property. This will be a house hack with a hint of BRRRR. Bought for 305k appraised for over 350k in AS-IS condition. ARV will be close too $375000 with landscaping and finishing work. I plan on living in this with roommates for 2 years and going onto the next deal. My 1st property will officially be a full rental rather than a house hack with some cash flow.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
This one just came across the table, as a deal too good to pass up. Was originally looking for a duplex.

I found this as a pending deal and wrote sight unseen.

Traditional Mortage.
How did you add value to the deal?
I will be doing all finishing work, Converting a 1/2 bath to a full bath, and Landscaping.
