BUT if the survey and title insurance policy did NOT show the encroachment at the time of purchase, and the encroachment was discovered AFTER the time of purchase, you MIGHT have an action against your title insurer.

@Nathan Witte for me I started with a secured credit card, I got the “discover it” card I put $500 down as a security deposit, and thus $500 was my limit.
