Now imagine having 5-6 homes on the market at once.Just to be clear, it's not that we don't want a SSN for every lease signatory.

It looks like a "dirty pour" with sprayed isopropyl alcohol?  

Couldn’t imagine a 20k house should have anywhere near 5k in closing unless your getting screwed in fees that the seller should split ..or perhaps paying their back taxes for the last few years . 

With politicians bending over backwards with "affordable housing" talk.....can you imagine how that would look if a landlord and their (about to be displaced) tenant is on the news?  

Now the dog even goes to SCHOOL with my child bet you can imagine how that first went over but the trainer came in we showed the dog everything went smoothly.

There are people on this site who have never violated a rule in their lives, the straightest arrows you can imagine, who have successfully acquired multiple properties one at a time in this way. 

I'm just wondering if it is worth it to pursue the seller before I pour money into an attorney in addition to the 30k repair cost.Thanks,Chari

I don't know about you, but there are a lot of nice things I can do with $18,000 like writing a check for $18,000 to give to one of my children gives me a great feeling and just imagine what someone you know can do with $18,000.And then do the math for raising the rents for more than $100 and it is a ton of money.
