FHA loan and Girlfriend
Hi,
Recently bought a townhouse in Baltimore with an FHA loan. Question to all, is it considered mortgage fraud to have girlfriend pay half of mortgage payments if she isnt on the deed to the house? Yet, we have been dating for several years. Is that considered rental income?

@Adrian Roman I think you've misunderstood the requirements. At least person must be named on the deed and occupying the home as their primary residence. You meet that requirement.
As long as you met that requirement, you can have others living with you, including renters.
