I need to get it done ASAP, so if god forbid you are not feeling too well tomorrow I can still get it handled.I believe you that you have legit issues that you need to take care of, But it seems that there is always another reason for more delay.Maybe this is just bad luck of circumstances but I spoke to other investors, they never waited 6 months for money from AHA even when there was an issue with previous owner, And please remind me never to buy a sec8 tenant house againShe replied -They are not AHA this is Dekalb County.

Thank God my parents didn't, sure I was upset when I was 15 and found out I had to buy my own car while my classmates were given brand new Mercedes, BMWs, one kid got an Alfa Romeo, and here I was with a 10 year old Jeep.

Redding is in a beautiful area, has god-awful hot summers (but not humid), but mild winters, and believe it or not, the property isn't horribly expensive in that area of CA.

Of course it turns out they replaced the faucet (a white faucet on a stainless steel sink) and because they didn't put it together right, they wanted me to pay the cost to hire a plumber to fix it for them, claiming there was a leak before...I get most renters are generally low income, unintelligent people compared to us "rich landlords" but my GOD, I'm wondering if renting to people this dumb is not a huge liability.

We do own a condo that has a built in washer and dryer thank god we haven't had any issues with those either but once again it was purchased with the property.
