If you're going to be a wine snob, at least be an educated wine snob.

I thought I would come here to post about what I would consider "my families first flip".A little over a year ago I began my start here on BP learning and self educating.

(I'm doing all 3 because I really feel that investing in education is the best investment in any industry).  

Between the great weather, the highly educated and (mostly) well paid population, and the endless amount of activities available, I am definitely sold on the Triangle.

We have no college education but we also have no debt.

I'm not terribly educated on the subject as I'm neither a realtor nor a wholesaler, but if you haven't stumbled across that yet you might want to look into it closer.

We try to educate other agents as much as possible so they know that upfront. 

I don't have experience, but I am educating my self on the subject.

I really want to congratulate you on getting started with real estate investing and the use of a SDIRA, but as I noted above, the response you provided indicates that something may be missing and I wanted you to be aware of the potential need for additional education.

The website will educate while the autoresponder will capture leads all on autopilot.
