Most housing leases allow 2 per bedroom plus one additional person - maybe to sleep on the sofa?

Im concerned that once the repairs are done the tenants will use it as a bedroom, which is unsafe.Should this space be left as-is?

I have never been a real favorite of the two-bedroom home nor have I been a fan of a single bathroom.

All of my research points to the conclusion that this cannot be done, even very creatively without IRS breathing down our necks.
