Do not let people who have been in court with their past landlords, for any reason, in your property.

Unfortunately, sometimes people are ignorant of their ignorance.

However, I was wondering if that exemption would extend to funds rolled into the 401k from an existing IRA. 

Investing in real estate with your own money and from a position of financial strength is, I believe, a far more rewarding experience than leveraging other people's money and being dependent on a positive outcome to keep you afloat. 

@AJ Wong I'm wondering if we do have more hot days inland, does that translate to warmer days on the coast as well in Oregon? 

I know some people will do an assignment fee and some will do a double close.

Do people pay premiums to stay in one , if so, for what reason?
