I used to love the Creia discussion group (Carolina Real Estate Investors Mobile Home Subgroup) but I guess it has been disbanded.My 2002 Giles single wide mobile home was completely destroyed by fire this Saturday.

Hey all--I'm trying to figure out whether or not a state-wide or local MLS is the better choice for me.

State wide there are problems with corruption, crime, unemployment and taxes. 

Rents are sky-high and seemingly ever-increasing currently as is widely known.The deal as a straight six units is good, but not great.
