We run though the city when the weather permits; we never feel unsafe.

@Kimberly CaceresStarting out in the city is difficult and just like you when I started after realizing nothing fit my budget in the city I started to look Upstate.There are some nice SUNY towns that caught my attention but I decided I wanted to go somewhere with warmer weather and more favorable laws for landlords NYS is one of the worst.

When the weather is good I’m outside talking when I have time   I don’t do it with fear and loathing   I do it happily(although it’s hard work and stressful) I buy properties in bad areas exclusively. 

Thinking the Judge might give them more time due to weather.

I thought it was the weather that made NY not so great.

Sure construction type insulation and windows come into play but keep in mind some of the ppl responding aren’t seeing the weather that you are.

In the winters of 2013/14 and 2014/15 the weather was so cold for so long that pipes that ran under the ground were freezing up all over.
