This is the typical investment strategy for wraps - buy on a wrap (non-qualified assumption) and sell on a wrap and cash flow.It is all a matter of disclosure and the end buyer's acceptance of the risk. 

Saying that, we are only interested in buy-and-hold investments that offer positive cash flow upon purchase and some minor non-structural reno's. 

Obviously wholesalers is a main way but 9 out of 10 times you will need to pay with cash or HM and probably won’t have an inspection or option period.

Also Booking.com somehow doesn't accept credit card anymore after the integration and right now I just found out a guest is checking in on Wednesday and he's paying cash.
