They charged $8 per child per day and made over $300 each time which they split.

(Which I’m sure is toooootally legit).I don’t know about you but I would rather not have my child’s education decided by a lottery.

A contractor without the credit or capacity to get to their first milestone payment without assistance from you might be a problem child.

Im actually the child of someone who served, my father is a Vietnam vet and serve for 32 years.

I haven't done any Real Estate deals yet, but my father does own a mobile home park that I've been lightly involved in since I was a child and I've read a couple of books (so I'm practically an expert, right?).

How could you possibly collect from them if their child defaulted?
