New Investor to the Atlanta Market!
Hey BP family!!! My name is Christian Deaton and I am a new investor located in the Atlanta/Roswell area. I am a full-time pharmacist, married to an amazing woman, and we are expecting our first child in May 2021! I have been intrigued by the real estate world for quite some time now, and after a few years of earning some career capital in my line of work, I am ready to devote my time and efforts to finding deals in real estate. I have spent the past few months reading as many books as possible to become comfortable in REI, and am now looking to gain some hands-on experience in the market. As a new member of the BP family, I am here in efforts to network with like-minded individuals, gain some valuable advice, and also bring as much value to others as I can. So, with that being said, my focus currently is to find a single family home (2-3 bedrooms) in the Atlanta area. I am willing to take on properties that are distressed and need work.
I am excited to be a member of the BP family, and cannot wait to network with as many of you as I can and accomplish incredible things together!
