I’ve been a long time member of Bigger Pockets but have recently switched roles and thought I would give everyone an updated “hello”.For the last 10 years, I was a licensed General Contractor primarily working on residential new construction and remodels.

The bathroom toilet appears to have overflowed (when the water was on) and there is dried up feces and toilet tissue all over the bathroom floor. and that is just the downstairs...I only took pictures of the downstairs because I forgot to take pics while I was in there and had to come back after I had already left the property...but the smell was so bad I didn't want to stay in the house let alone travel up to the second floor.

I was not really interest in “flipping” or real estate, although I do enjoy watching various television programs about buying, selling, flipping and remodeling property.

I usually remodel older homes where I can refinish hardwoods, but I need a new vision for when I have a slab on a slightly nicer home (3/2/2 100k ARV, $995 rent).

I have seen pictures of it and the description in the MLS says that the kitchen has been remodeled.

Evan, I had a full time 60 hour a week job and was doing a full gut and remodel on a bathroom for my father in law through November (from 5:00 at night until 10:000).

We've dealt with noise complaints, remodels, HOA issues, etc. remotely.
