With the flimsy walls removed the offices have an open space plan, and with the ceilings exposed the renovated offices emulate a loft space.

I have noticed the same with triplexes (not a bad thing, I know) but I would prefer to pay my mortgage down along side others that would love to help me pay it down by occupying the space itself.Should anyone have advice on a way to get my foot in the door regarding duplexes, please let me know.

From what I understand, a property manager in this space is going to run you 15-20% of gross rents (we self manage).In terms of the business itself, I'd expect lower occupancy the first year as you establish your property's reputation (stars on whatever site(s) you list on).

Justin Tahilramani It's 51 acres with 6000 sq footage of living space and 59 Barn Stalls.It's not located within a HOA, and yes it is in very good condition.
