I am facing some difficulty with how to balance the role of the landlord and the role of the roommate.

I come from a technology background and have been saying for years that Seattle is the next Silicon Valley. 

Financing is the difficulty, and it prevented me from using an LLC until recently. 

Another issue that was raised was how homebuilders were having extreme difficulty in finding skilled laborers which was raising the cost of construction (not sure how that was correlated but ok).

Also, if you do decide to get your license, be prepared to pay thousands of dollars per year in Realtor-related fees including marketing, signs, lockbox's, association fees, MLS fees, technology, as well as desk/transaction fees or whatever fees are charged by the Broker you choose.

Unless they’re great tenants, and you have difficulty finding good tenants, I’d say no . 

My own experience of renting a 3 bathroom VR with my 8 ski buddies is that 8 people sharing even 3 bathrooms is difficult. I

We are in a wonderful location but the poor ergonomics of the home are creating difficulty in staying on top of our busy lives.

I’m still having difficulty locating a bank that at least understands the concept of BRRRR
